Jopen Vanity vr3 Review

posted by Jen

The Vanity vr3 is a high quality rabbit vibrator made by Jopen. It is quiet, powerful and rechargeable. While it fit my anatomy perfectly, like any other rabbit toy you need to be sure that it will fit yours. If it does, you may love this little rabbit just as much as I do, if not you may just be completely disappointed.

Storage: Since this toy is made out of silicone, you will want to be sure that it is not stored in direct contact with other silicone toys. I recommend that, if you are not going to use the original packaging for storage or store this toy in the giant pouch it comes with, store this item it it’s own zip-lock bag. This will ensure that it stays dry, free from lint, dust, and pet hair collection, as well as preventing it from touching other silicone items.

Cleaning:

  • Use silicone safe toy cleaners/wipes
  • Hand wash with a mild disinfecting soap
  • 10% bleach solution

Look & Feel

Jopen Vanity vr3 Review When you strip down a rabbit, the basic shape of it would be almost identical to the shape of the Vanity vr3. It features two arms, one for vaginal stimulation and one for clitoral stimulation.

The Vanity vr3 is made out of lovely velvety silicone, which means that you will need to use some lube if not extra lube as the material will cause some serious drag. There is no other texture to be had on this rabbit, unless you count the very slight seam. My vagina has a hard time feeling texture, and the seam on this thing is so small that there is no way that I was going to feel it, let alone be bothered by it in anyway. If you, however, are very sensitive to texture the seam may bother you, but I am going to bet that it probably won’t.

As far as flexibility and give go with this toy the Vanity vr3 has some of one and none of the other. The clitoral arm is very flexible at the area where it joins up with the rest of the rabbit allowing the clitoral arm to be adjusted as needed. That is as far as flexibility goes. If you are looking for a toy that is squishy with lots of give, don’t even look in this toys direction. It has no give what so ever. Now this may seem like something bad, but in my personal experience with the Vanity vr3 it was actually a blessing. It allowed me to easily find my g-spot with the vaginal arm without having to apply a lot of pressure due to squishy areas of the toy.

Packaging

Package - Jopen Vanity vr3 ReviewI really like the packaging that Vanity series. It is simple and functional which is great! The Vanity vr3 comes in a white cardboard box. The font of the box features very little, only showing the name of the toy, the name of the line, a “by Jopen” line, and a large “V.” On both the sides of the box you will find the same as what is on the front minus the giant V. The top of the box says Jopen while the bottom feature the bar code. The back features an image of the Vanity vr3 as well as a brief description and a list of some of the features.

Once you open the box, the first thing you will see is a paper insert detailing all of the features of the Vanity vr3. Beneath the sheet of paper you will see the toy sitting on a fitted cardboard shelf and the toy itself is sealed in plastic. When you remove the toy and pull the shelf out you will find the charger for the toy, a brochure featuring minimal information on the entire Vanity line and images of each toy in it, and a giant storage pouch.

Controls

Controls - Jopen Vanity vr3 ReviewThe Vanity vr3 are very basic and very simple to use. There are two buttons located near the bottom of the toy. When looking at the vibrator with the arms up, the button on the top controls the vaginal arm of the vibrator and the button on the bottom controls the clitoral arm To turn on either or both vibrators in the arms you must simply press down on the corresponding button. To increase vibration intensity you must hold down the button. while the intensity climbs the light indicator will blink more quickly as the intensity increases until you get to the maximum intensity. at this point the light will stay on and not blink. There is no way to decrease the intensity without turning the vibrations off completely and working your way back through the different levels of intensity until you reach the one you want. In order to increase the intensity you must hold down the button until you have reached the desired level. Shutting off the vibration is an area that I think most will have a problem with as all you have to do is press the button once. To me, logically, I would think that in order to turn the vibrator off you would have to hold the button down, and to move through the levels of intensity you would have to press the button over and over. It is the exact opposite in this case which is slightly annoying. In use if you press the button thinking that it will turn up the juice it will actually turn off the power completely and you will have to hold down the button until it revs back up to the level you want it to be on.

One great feature of the Vanity vr3 is that it comes with a travel lock, allowing you to prevent the toy from turning on when you may not want it to. The toy comes out of the box with the travel lock enabled. To disable or enable the travel lock you simple hold down both of the control buttons for four seconds. When unlocking the travel lock, the light indicator under the clitoral control button will light up first, then once you have held the buttons down long enough both will light up signaling that the travel lock is turned off. When enabling the travel lock, both light indicators will light up until you have held the buttons down for four seconds, at which point they will both turn of signaling that the travel lock is enabled.

Vibration Patterns

I was apt not to even include this portion due to the fact that there are no patterns for use in the Vanity vr3 just different levels of intensity. I am not prone to using or even really using the different vibration patterns on a toy as I require steady vibration to get off, so the fact that there are no patterns to loop through with this toy pleases me, but I know there are plenty out there who like having different patterns to play with. If you are one of those people, and you demand that you toy has any patters, this may not be the toy for you. However, if you like power and can take or leave patterns, this will probably work well for you in the vibration department.

Charging

I just wanted to make a couple of notes here about charging the Vanity vr3. Firstly, you will notice that when you are trying to plug your toy into the charger you will meet a little resistance. This is OK. Give the charging cable a good push until you feel a little click. If you don’t feel the click you will be able to tell whether or not the charger is actually charging the toy via light indication. While the toy is charging, and not yet fully charged, the light indicator will stay red. Once the toy is fully charged (it takes about 4 hours), the light indicator will turn white.

Conclusion

I really enjoyed the Vanity vr3. It is one of the few rabbits that perfectly fits my anatomy and possess the power that I like. It is the only vibrator, rabbit or otherwise, to ever give me a vaginal orgasm. Most times the vibration just isn’t strong enough and/or not in just the right spot. The shape of the vaginal arm is perfect for me as it finds my generally elusive g-spot without much effort.

On the flip side of this, the clitoral arm did nothing for me when combined with the vibration of the vaginal arm. The stimulation of my g-spot felt stronger while in use, but I know that both arms are equally as powerful. I don’t know what the deal is with this. When I turn the vaginal arm vibration off, the clitoral arm pleases my clit, but once I start feeling the vibration against my g-spot it is as if my brain stops registering anything from my clit. *shrug* I really am not complaining here as the orgasm brought about by the vaginal arm is amazing and gives me plenty of reason to be pleased.

Honestly, the only reason that the Vanity vr3 is not getting a 5 out of 5 rating from me is because the clitoral arm didn’t do it for me. Otherwise, I adore this vibe.

  • Great job on your review. It’s so hard to find a rabbit to fit your body. The Vr3 just didn’t reach my clit. Great toy though. Jopen’s shaft hold amazing power. I wish they would make clit vibes that were as powerful as the shafts.
